We offer tailored cargo insurance solutions to make sure your shipment is financially protected from the moment it is picked up until final delivery. Instead of relying only on standard carrier liability (which is often limited by weight and international conventions), we can arrange additional coverage based on the actual value and nature of your goods. This helps close the gap between what a carrier is legally obliged to pay and the real cost of your cargo.

Depending on your needs, we can provide cover for partial or total loss, damage due to accidents during loading, unloading or transport, theft, fire, water damage and other transport-related risks. In case of delays, route changes or unexpected events, we inform you proactively and propose solutions, for example re-routing, alternative delivery windows or adapted handling instructions.

Tracking data is also used internally to improve planning, increase punctuality and optimise routes. Our dispatch team continuously monitors the movement of vehicles and shipments, coordinates drivers and partners, and intervenes whenever necessary to keep your cargo moving efficiently and safely.
